I stayed exactly the same this week. Will work harder this week for sure. On a good note Dean lost 1lb!! WOOHOO!

Monday Weigh In!
Ok, so I have stopped tracking everything because it was a pain in the butt. We are still very aware of our calorie intake but we aren't writing everything down. With that being said I have lost over 10lbs now!! Dean is at 12lbs lost now! WOOHOO!!
